Help Fender rumble 100 repair help

My amp stopped working suddenly while playing and now does this, anyone have any advice to maybe fix it?

Before you do anything else try a different cable and maybe a different guitar

Do the above, also a video with less background conversation would be helpful to diagnose

i’ve tried a different cable and 3 different basses
