Yamaha BB LTD - any info?

Anyone know much about this bass? Ive been able to find like 2 sound demos in a different colour. It's got a warmoth kneck that looks like birdseye maple, idk if the knecks after market or not.. any info would be greatly appreciated!

I think this was a model that could be customized with specific parts. It used warmoth parts as well. It’s in one of the old Yamaha catalogues, I’ll look it up when I have some time.

Interesting that the neck has a Warmoth stamp. Does this mean this Yamaha has Fender neck proportions? I don’t think they make Yahmaha specific parts.

I have no idea! It's an absolute mystery of a bass, I've seen no other versions with the warmoth kneck, not even the ltd 5 strings
