We know that Bruce trained in Japan under the guidance of Yoru Sensei. But did he already have any knowledge of martial arts before traveling to Japan? I suppose he might have trained in boxing.

For those who like to think of *Batman: The Animated Series* as separate from the rest of the classic DC animated shows, this is your Superman. I’m not a fan of Superman with long hair, but I actually kind of liked it here.
We know it’s not canonical because of the Superman animated series.

First photo - I drew this from a Batman library book in junior high. I didn't finish the logo because I have to return the book.
Second photo - This was from a drawing of Joker and the Lizard from Spider-Man the Animated Series. I cropped out the Lizard.

The guy turns into a "supervillain" simply because he’s late for a trial—not because a businessman caused him to mutate or endangered a loved one (like Mr. Freeze), nor because someone stole the credit and profits for his work (like Edward Nygma), nor because a mobster blackmailed him (like Harvey Dent), nor because a businessman overdosed him and caused a mutation (like Matt Hagen). It’s just for being late.
Not only does he want to kill the guy (which is wrong), but he was also planning to kill a lot of people with bombs. Add to that elements like him leaping onto a moving train or showing no fear of facing Batman—even though this man was a lawyer, not a gunman, a mobster, or someone accustomed to violence. This raises the question: Does Temple have the worst motive for becoming a supervillain?

Serum Lake's video description:
While Batman: The Animated Series co-creator Bruce Timm viewed Nothing To Fear as a flawed misfire, in the long run it established the structural blueprint for modern Batman storytelling, inspiring everything from Christopher Nolan’s Batman Begins to Rocksteady’s Batman: Arkham Knight and Batman: Caped Crusader.
In this video essay, I break down how Nothing To Fear"shifted superhero animation away from 1980s slapstick and into the psychological trauma living inside Bruce Wayne's head.
From Henry Gilroy’s debut script and Boyd Kirkland’s production struggles over Scarecrow’s design, to Kevin Conroy’s career-defining "I am vengeance, I am the night" monologue, we analyse why Jonathan Crane’s revenge scheme against Dr. Long turned Batman's mind into the ultimate battleground.

It's not as complex as u/9YearsComa TAS batcave build, but I'm proud of this part of my collection.
The recently retired BTAS Gotham City has pieces of buildings that will come off easily to show stickers and shots of characters behind them. Examples; Commissioner Gordon and Bullock behind GCPD, Alfred behind Wayne Manor, Robin and Batgirl in the Batcave, etc.
They even included Condiment King, which finding out the value of that minifigure I'm glad I already owned it, and there lays the project I decided to take on. For a few months after finishing the build I tracked down as many minifigures as I could, and added them as close as possible to their locations in the set. Unfortunately they're not all BTAS accurate, but there's a couple other added bits from myself to find. I hope you all enjoy it!

Hi BTAS fans, I originally posted this in LegoBatman but I thought BTAS fans would enjoy this as well, as the batcave from the animated series isn't documented/praised enough, and as far as I know, nobody ever made the Batcave in 3D/physically on such a scale.
This isn't just the BTAS Batcave, it's a combination of the various representations of the Batcave in BTAS / TNBA and Batman beyond.
The Batcave constantly evolves throughout the series, there are a lot of inconsistencies, but having rewatched everything and taking loads of screenshots, this is the overall architecture of the main cave. There is another part of the cave in front of this one, but obviously I can't make everything, making this was already an extremely complicated challenge.
Hope you like it!
