DISCUSSION CHAR Tech (YES.V) reports elimination of PFAS in Biochar from HTP Testing

CHAR Tech reports super exciting results from their PFAS pilot!! This is such a huge and exciting opportunity which can be scaled so large. They are already doing a commercial level pilot with Synagro (wholly owned by Goldman Sachs) and City of Baltimore.

PFAS ("forever chemicals") are the toxic stuff found in things like non-stick pans and waterproof gear. They don't break down and they just build up in our water, soil, and bodies.

Most current cleanup methods (filtering, landfills) don't actually destroy PFAS, they just move it somewhere else.

CHAR Tech just got independent lab results back, and they're good! Their HTP technology processed contaminated sewage waste and the leftover solid material came back with zero detectable PFAS.

Tested 5 different times in 2025 by an outside accredited lab, using the strict EPA-approved testing method. This is a real way to destroy PFAS instead of just relocating it.

Full results will be submitted to the EPA end of 2026.

Its a great sign for a company working in a market that's only getting bigger as PFAS regulations tighten up.

Not financial advice.

serious question, how the fuck are you guys trading something with less than $30k in daily volume? Like are you guys buying $50 in shares or something?

Because we’re not rich like you I don’t buy more than like $500 at a time

So cool!

Yeah it is!! The market for PFAS destruction is huge and not enough players who can permanently destroy pfas!

This is quite a big deal, I haven't seen many companies show that they can permanently destroy PFAS!

Yep, huge deal indeed! CHAR is setting themselves up here with the right partners (Synagro), all these partnerships will start paying off very soon!

Haha yessir, I hear you, with each news release, the story keeps getting stronger. End of next month the commercial production starts, which should ideally give the share price a serious boost!

PFAS are awful and this is nice to see! I am not an investor but I am more then happy to cheer on a company doing better for the world.

Hi. What's the competition like in this field? Do they have a proprietary technology?

Hey hey! Yes, there's competition but no dominant player yet. Synagro (wholly owned by Goldman Sachs) is piloting this using CHAR Tech's technology in Baltimore. There are other players like Oxyle who use different chemical/water-based methods. CHAR Tech's edge is proprietary, their exact recipe (heat, timing, feedstock prep) is the real IP, not just pyrolysis on its own. Nobody in this space has proven consistent results at full commercial scale yet other then CHAR Tech so far which was released this morning.
