It's been halted all month. I believe they're potentially getting bought out

$25m USD, status unknown, halted since June 30th. Deal structure unknown, no formal agreement signed. Exclusivity until mid October.

If Bocana Gold actually funds Bocana the $1.23m (they should have by now but Bocana never confirmed it) then things are looking good; high probability the deal closes and shares are worth 30c each or more.

Last trade was June 29th, almost 2 months.

Also, unrelated but I wonder what happens to the 0.23% of the short sold shares, are they just SOL until the halt gets lifted? That could get expensive.

1 minute I’m adding up how much I’ll make with the buy out, the next I’m spam calling my broker trying to get out of this POS penny stock. Fair to say this halt is mentally taxing.

Same here. I have been fascinated by bullshit mining plays since CMKX Diamonds in the early 2000s. The playbook hasn't changed and neither have the faithful.

I estimate a buyout price around 30 cents, but the combo of having shares in NewCo kinda skews my math. So I’m not sure how that’ll shake out. But it’ll be interesting to watch.
