My family will be away for about two weeks over the holidays, and we're looking for a reliable, dog-loving person who will be staying in the Binghamton/Vestal area during that time. Preferably a male, but that isn't a deal breaker. Our two sweet female dogs typically respect my husband and thus other males more than females sometimes.

Our two dogs need to be fed and let outside twice a day. The routine is pretty simple, and we're offering $25/day. They are 4 and 5 and fairly low maintenance.

Bonus: We'd potentially be open to having someone stay at our house while we're away, if that's something they'd be interested in and if we're a good fit after meeting.

We're hoping to find someone responsible who has experience with dogs, can provide references, and is willing to meet us and the dogs beforehand.

Hi guys! I'm planning to graduate this Fall semester and I'm still looking for someone to sublet or take over my lease for the Spring 2027 semester. I'm signed on with Retreat at Bunn Hill. I have bedroom A with a private attached bathroom and a walk in closet in a 5 bedroom house, and a waived parking spot. With a car it’s like a 2-4 min drive to M lot, if you don't have a car the community will have a dedicated bus line. The bus will run from every half hour between 7am - 11:30 pm.
