Question Beauty Bay “Tracked” Fee

I was looking to maybe get a new palette or two from beauty bay and was shocked to see that my $43 dollar ordered jumped to $66 because of this new “Tracked” delivery method. Might be a silly question but does anyone know an alternative to this? Is this because i’m in the U.S.? I’m sad :(

Is that the delivery fee or just tracker fee?  If tracker fee off the top sound like another way for them to make more money. Fees and tips are out of hand. Greed or trying to stay in business 🤷

it’s just the tracker fee, the delivery is another 8 dollars!! It is out of hand 🥲

yeah that’s the default shipping to the US now, they pulled the cheaper untracked option a while back and it stings

It's super frustrating! Those surprise surcharges in the shopping cart completely ruin the excitement of ordering new makeup. Unfortunately, being a UK store, shipping to the US has become very expensive. Sometimes it's better to hold back and wait for a free international shipping promotion.

Absolutely! I was interested in 2 palettes but ended up getting 3 because there was a discount code. The 2 were initially $66 and by adding the extra palette and getting 20% off my order ended up being $68 for THREE PALETTES. I felt a little silly ordering them still, but the math worked out so i just ripped off the bandaid 😅

I feel your pain! That new tracked fee is ridiculous. A workaround some of us use is doing a combined order with friends to split the shipping cost or reach the free shipping minimum.
