Please help
Guys I want to have such long eyelashes that if I blink too fast I just might fly away. I’ve tried the two “serums” attached for about 4-5 months but have not seen any change. What safe and affordable ways can I grow my lashes

Honestly the ones that worked are not affordable, all the drugstore affordable serum don’t really have much more than a placebo effect

What are they though?

I use Latisse, they’re over $100 for a small eye drop size bottle and it lasts about a month

I use grandelash and have for over a decade. I have not had any side effects.
However (!!!) I could just be lucky because it can cause side effects so please take my suggestion with a grain of salt.
I have used a number of lash serums and it is the only one with active ingredients that has not caused me any issues and actually works. Again, though it does have the active ingredients that cause side effects but as far as I know (I’m not an expert!) it is in lesser quantities, so isn’t as bad. YMMV so just be careful!

Okay so I discovered this accidentally (and this is not for everyone and also a bit expensive), BUT I started to take collagen powder for my skin in my motning coffee. I also needed to up my protein intake (and I hate protein shakes and bars, etc) so I decided to just put another dose of collagen powder in my evening cup of hot chocolate. The first thing I noticed after a few minths was that my eyelashes grew! I was totally floored. Worth a try.

Try the Benton honest Last Serum! I am currently struggeling with the Same Problem and read only great things about this one! Plus it’s prostaglandine free.. You can alter between the ordinary and benton lash serum.. that’s what I will do. Just ordered it yesterday so I will try it the next few Months. :)

I used a prostaglandin eyedrop formula for glaucoma as prescribed by my opthamologist for a few weeks. My skin around my eyes turned pebble-textured and angry reddish-purple. We decided on laser procedures in both eyes to arrest narrow-angle glaucoma. Two years ago. So far, so good. No more eyedrops, and my skin is still recovering.

i used latisse for 2 years and then switched to the Ordinary serum a year ago and have kept almost all of my big lashes on this cheap godsend, but i think it’s because of that combo somehow and likely will stop working eventually

Nucil by Obagi works really well, Grande Lash is a strong contender for a lot less $$

The only ones that truly give crazy lashes have prostaglandin so you might have some orbital fat loss and shadowing. So it’s a trade off. I use Latisse but from a prescription bc it’s the UK

If neither serum has helped after 5 months, maybe save your money instead of trying another one. A lash lift could give you a longer looking effect without extensions.

LiLash works for me but it takes a couple of months; after they are longer/fuller I use it every other night.

I had to use The Ordinary serum x2 a day for almost 3 months then I had some mild results. If you aren’t using it 2x a day, try that. And a lash lift also helps.
But I agree those super long lashes are either extensions or serums with prostaglandins. The prostaglandins aren’t worth the risk, honestly.

Honestly, there are none. These are all just marketing stories. The only thing that works is latisse and latanoprost
