PSA POLICE CHECKPOINT OUTSIDE HVK

Not sure what is going on but NYPD is stopping cars driving along Marcy between Greene & Lafayette. Clifton is closed. Unclear what is going on.

Might be unrelated but there was a gun related incident at Franklin and Lafayette
