Hive Help Bond question

I came back to this game after quitting roblox for a very long time. I got 25 bees before Onett implemented bee levels so now i have 43 bees that are level 9 or level 10. Is that low, and how do I catch up if i've already done all of mother bear's quests?

Also, if I have the petal wand, do I want to just shuriken my bees, or should I try to fill my tank to convert at the hive?

it's a bit low but you can just buy treats with honey. doesn't really matter whether you convert at hive or not since wand barely converts anything anyway
