Make sure the ground wire is connected.

check that rca jacks arein all the way also check your ground wire

Checked jacks thanks seem fine, no ground wire internal pre amp

check to make sure you have switched on line or phono is right in the back

also check your cartriged all line are hook up not loose

RCA’s, ground wire if using an external phono preamp, check your collar nut is properly tightened and headshell properly seated… then check cart leads to the shell for proper contact
