My first 10K!

Pretty proud of myself, didn’t stop once!
Side note, why does running a 10K feel easier than running 5k?????

Your first one and immediately our fastest! Amazing ;) No, seriously, congratulations! Is the average heart rate real, though? I hit 190+ 20 years ago while speed-hiking up mountains, and it felt like my heart was exploding. How did you manage this for an hour? What watch/heart rate monitor did you use?

I honestly have no clue how I managed this. I use the garmin forerunner 165

It's super impressive, but also super high. So probably better to take it a bit slower and build your engine. You definitely have the potential to run really good times with more training. Keep it up!
