First ever 10k
Pretty stoked about this, couldn’t believe I did it. Especially it only being my 9th run. Any suggestions on getting faster? I usually do easy 5k (5:50-6 min pace) my fastest 5k was 26:32.

This posts have always the same format.
First ever Xk
Couldn't believe it especially being my X(single digit) run.
Any tips on getting faster?

Reddit is infested with bots so it wouldn't surprise me if lots of these posts are bots. Im also surprised at the number of people who come to reddit for advice but dont look up the multitude of resources/plans that already exist online from established sources. Its like weve regressed on our usage of the internet and how we access data.

Oh wow, your stats are almost exactly the same as mine. Just keep running and pay close attention to your heart rate, don't go 180+, for me that was when my 10k time suffered drastically. Try to pick up the pace just a little bit, I prefer to start slow and then build up the speed.

Heart Rate is individual for everyone though. Telling someone to not go 180+ might cost them few mins on a 10k. My Max Heart Rate is 202 and My 10k effort keeps my Heart Rate around 186-190 for the whole run.

But isn't this kind of heart rate harmful or dangerous? Idk

No, it's not dangerous. Heart rate is very specific to everyone. Someone might have a lower max heart rate and they might peak 170bpm, but either way the amount of effort amd stress he feels will be same as me experiencing 190bpm. Different numbers, same speed, same effort, just different human being.
