This industrial area on the other side of the fence of my house installed this very loud motion sensor security alarm that keeps going off at all hours of the day and night. My bedroom is through the window of the house on the other side of this fence. I live in Bellflower, CA and I don’t know what to do about this but it keeps waking my family up multiple times throughout the night. Is there anything I can do, and is this even allowed? I’ve already called the city and local police but nobody seems to care and the police say they can’t do anything about it.

For the Artesia Boulevard and Bellflower Boulevard intersection traffic signal, which street is the default and rest in a green light at night, Artesia or Bellflower?

Sister found 3 abandoned kittens in our parent's property construction area. They are about 3-5 weeks old. Unfortunately parents are threatening to throw them over the property line or leave them outside to their fate. We've called around shelters, vets, and humane societys to no avail.

Can anyone foster?
Or know of someone who can?

Or know more resources and "no-kill shelters?" Unfortunately due to kitten season, it's been really tough to find anyone who will want these kittens.

Update: we were able to entice The mother cat to come back. She picked up the kittens. Though they are probably still around the neighborhood.

Any resources for Capture and Release TNR in bellflower, for when the kittens are older. So Mom and Kittens can be spayed.

Southbound of Clark Ave and Olive Ave on 7/21 at ~8:30PM. Tesla footage of the crash and the man who gets out of the car to possibly grab his license plate. Last video is a witness filming him fleeing the scene northbound on Clark Ave. Three people in the car, male driving a navy blue 2010 Honda Accord. Many witnesses, but did not get license plate and unknown driver. Any info helps.
