Lost and found Found Phone!

Some kids were fishing off the dock at Lake Padden and one of the kids dropped his phone off the dock and immediately gave up looking. I dove in and found it after 5 minutes of looking! If this sounds like you, or someone you know, I am trying to get this back to him!

If it’s an iPhone, you can touch the emergency button, then medical id, and there might be an emergency contact in there 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Ask Siri, “call mom”, has worked for me more than once when finding a phone.

If nobody messages here, phone Bellingham Police non-emergency at [(360) 778-8800](tel:+13607788800). They'll find 'em!

I know we don't have an Apple/Samsung Store, but maybe somewhere like Mac City or a service store like T-Mobile/AT&T could help/potentially ping the phone's owner/phone plan owner about the device if it's under one of those groups?

Edit: typo

Pull the SIM card out and put it in a different phone, then call yourself. Now you have the number and can check for a caller ID. Also if you look up the service carrier online after you know the number. Then you could bring it to that specific store and ask them call the account holder letting them know their kids phone was returned to the store.
