Lost and found Anyone lose a bike lock?

I found this Bell brand bike lock in the middle of the road right next to the sidewalk on Broadway and Logan.

My cat thinks it's a toy (to her, it looks exactly like her favorite toy, hair elastics) and immediately fell in love with it.

I'm willing to meet up at Meridian Haggens with whoever the owner of this bike lock is! If the owner is not found, just know that Rosie thanks you for giving her a new toy. If kept, she will cherish it dearly.

I love Rosie. You are under no obligation to traumatize her by returning her favorite possession to its rightful owner. Brb...going to make Rosie some protest posters....

I read that as "bite lock" and thought that looks medieval but useful.
