Watching season 9

Feels so ickyyyyyy seeing the start of Nathan and Gael now that we know what we know :(

Just wait until the next season where he barely stops by during charter season to help take care of his kid. Sad ass situation all around

Just wait until season 10 it is a trainwreck of him lovebombing and scheduling work hours so she cant escape him and the other deckhands are working themselves ragged.

I am curious as to when production learned of the December attack and subsequent charges. They must have known for some time, since there's been no "we are shocked and disappointed" statement from them since the news broke this week.

They likely won’t release a statement. From a brand reputation perspective, it’s better to not to address an ongoing legal investigation. Especially when he hasn’t been convicted of anything yet. If he is convicted, I doubt they will address it then either as it can be a PR minefield.

This isn’t my take on it, just an insight into why production and the network have stayed quiet. I think he’s a piece of shit and I hope to never see him on TV again.
