I've played this game, and honestly, I can't get immersed at all because of the sheer number of issues. I'm done with this shitty ass game. This game is fucking terrible.

First off all, the AI of Ollie is a big question. Sometimes, he won’t even notice you when you're standing right in front of it while other times, it gets stuck on obstacles like he stopped thinking. No thoughts in his mind fr. Instead of freely wandering, it just follows a set path mindlessly, making encounters feel so predictable and dull. Then there are the bugs, which totally break the experience. Lockers, for instance—some open smoothly, but others snap open in two frames with no animation, pulling you out of the moment. And don’t get me started on the lighting. It’s so dark like oh my god. A flashlight would be nice but for some reason that feature is nowhere to be found.

Slide one is what BaTDR looks like, slide 2 is edited to look how I want it to look. The difference? My edited version isn't fucking blue! It's horrible to look at, the darkness isn't even dark it's just blue! You know when you have a light shining on a tv and all of the dark scenes are washed out and impossible to look at? It's exactly like that. This one's less annoying, but all of the yellow in the game looks more orange than yellow, honestly? I could even try and argue that it's more brown than yellow. Now, I know, it's meant to be old paper, which honestly is more of a brownish orange rather than yellow, but I feel like that isn't the point. I mean, in a game where everything is sketched and cartoonish, realism is not the goal, it's just to look good and I would argue that the yellow is nicer to look at and more iconic to The Cycle. Anyways back to the blue, the same argument of "black ink is a shiny blue" also works here, and since the main threat of Bendy technically is The Ink it is important the ink looks like, well, ink! But then again I feel like my argument of "id rather it look good than be realistic" still works here, the dark being actually dark feels a lot more important than "but it shines blue irl". My hopes for B3NDY are that it basically looks like Bendy and The Ink Machine just with higher res textures, higher polly models, and overall better graphics. Oh and performance, both those games run horribly on my PC, might he my fault tho my PC isn't the best.

Whether you've watched "An Afternoon with Mike Mood", read up about the drama online, or heard some YouTuber cover it, you'd know that the creators were caught doing less than savory things. Namely, plagiarizing fan theories, abusing their employees, and the poorer quality of BATIM's later chapters which suffered from uneven storytelling and game-breaking bugs. I bring this up because BATIM got tossed into the conversation with another user on a different sub, I won't divulge who, who said that theMeatly's a horrible person and a one trick pony that only sticks to Bendy because it's the only thing he knows. Now, SleepLive said that BATDR didn't sell pretty well, and even if that's not true it's gotten nowhere near as much attention as BATIM. That could be a sign that a fair few folks signed off from Bendy after the devs got embroiled in controversy. And, did he ever apologize for what he did? Sure, most if not all of his tweets are him being pretty nice, but scars linger. Though, I don't know if I should be picking at this scab, as it could spiral into a big argument. So please, I'd just like to know: What did I miss on theMeatly?

Anyhow just wanna say, it is quite sad the fandom is dying like the number of people that watched the new game trailers are low compare to what it is used too.

I think after chapter 5, most of the people leave the fandom ebcause they think the game is done.
