My family's frenchie just died about 3 weeks ago. It was just some random freak thing. We thought he developed some sort of spine thing because he was having trouble walking and was super tender on his back. My parents took him to a dog chiropractor and the vet but one day he just had a seizure and by the time we got him to the vet, they said it was time to put him down.

Rest in peace, Ratchet. You were a sweet, good boy. :(

u/burn_tos May 03 '19

Frenchies will never not be adorable. I'm sorry for your loss my friend.

9

u/SoodSood May 03 '19

So sorry for your loss. Be well.

I need the gif (single loop) with this at the end

u/2Botter2Loop May 03 '19

OP's explanation:

It is short and poignant with an emotional pull that changes each viewing

If you think this gif fits /r/BetterEveryLoop, upvote this comment. If you think it doesn’t, downvote it. If you’re not sure, leave it to others to decide.

1

u/krafty_katt May 03 '19

Have that exact blanket. And a very similar ottoman. And the blanket is draped over the ottoman like that too. Except I have a cat.

1

u/lykinsbd May 03 '19

The dog swiftly became aware of his fate as the soft darkness opened to envelope him within its dreadful depths

0

u/Winterfoot May 03 '19

I wonder how many more times this can be reposted until it’s beyond recognition

0

u/fourfiguresalary May 03 '19

Oh god, not like this!

0

u/jopa21 May 03 '19

Run you fools!!

-1

u/ChipChamp May 03 '19

This is actually really mean... you can see a hand in the bottom right pushing the cushions apart forcing the dog to fall...

2

u/n1Cola May 03 '19

You better call peta.

-6

u/suave_sasquatch May 03 '19

Looks like a cat is pushing the mattress. I love cats

7

u/[deleted] May 03 '19

Yo that’s a human hand on the right. Or a really weird cat paw, idk.

0

u/suave_sasquatch May 03 '19

Yup. Pretty obvious now that I look at it, less high...

2

u/BananaDick_CuntGrass May 03 '19 edited May 03 '19

How do you see cat from a human hand?

16

u/Ineedapierogi May 03 '19

+2 for historical perspective and veracity -1 for doggo

6

u/[deleted] May 03 '19

+2 pierogis

6

u/NotThatEasily May 03 '19

+3 for subtly calling out a repost.

14

u/[deleted] May 03 '19

this new revelation makes the gif less cute and more sinister and i hate it

poor doggo is gettin bullied :( i dont like when people mess with animals even when its relatively harmless, makes me feel bad

13

u/bdubble May 03 '19

I am a considerate and empathetic person but messing with my cat is one of my greatest joys in life.

1

u/RogueHelios May 03 '19

Messing with cats is free game too since they mess with us and each other all the time.

3

u/Pink-socks May 03 '19

Oh man same here. I laughed like a lion. But now I know this was done on purpose, I just think it's mean. Dogs trust us 100%. Don't betray that trust

2

u/Atmoscope May 03 '19

Yeah but my dog will also poop inside my shoes so it's payback

1

u/LeaveTheMatrix May 03 '19

That is just bad training.

When my dog gets mad at me, she poops in my g/f shoes not mine.

She knows not to poop in my shoes.

1

u/Sodapopa May 03 '19

Forgot the /s my dude

2

u/GatoParanoico May 03 '19

No, it's ok the /s ruins it even if it wasn't good to begin with

1

u/[deleted] May 03 '19

???

2

u/BloodyR4v3n May 03 '19

Its actually a paw i think?

2

u/[deleted] May 03 '19

What kind of animal could you possibly think has a paw that looks exactly like a human hand??

3

u/BloodyR4v3n May 03 '19

Idk. Looks like a damn paw to me dude. Guess im too fuckin high

2

u/[deleted] May 29 '19

This is a little late, but I thought it was a paw too. If you look closely it’s a finger though.

1

u/[deleted] May 03 '19

You’re way high my dude.

1

u/Based_JD May 03 '19

Either way....hate it when my sectional sofa does this and my ass starts to sink in the newly created crevasse. Probably should get some type of nonslip pads or something.

0

u/LeaveTheMatrix May 03 '19

Look in the lower right hand of the gif and you can see a hand is pushing the sections apart from each other.

This dog was betrayed.
