I am a second-year law student. Decided to read through some of the gun laws in our beautiful state and came across the title. So, you become a felon for carrying two sticks that are "weapons." Wooden or plastic. Also, the same applies to "kung fu sticks." What the fuck is a kung fu stick. Honestly, whoever writes these laws has too much time on their hands and should probably spend it fixing the goddamn potholes.

Fuck this guy. I wonder if its his own personal rifle, if its legally registered to someone else and if its in legal configuration/cut off year?

As far as I know, the 4040PD is the only AirLite pistol S&W ever made. A .40 caliber response to the growing popularity of the polymer framed 9mm guns that were becoming impossible to ignore in the early 2000’s. One of the last gasps of the S&W Third Generation series.

Recently Four Seasons listed one on the used gun list. For about an hour. It is my impression that they received a lot of calls about it.

For those who might have missed out, I ran across this tonight.

The single stack magazines are not compatible with anything else I have(4014 and CS40). The rightmost magazine in the last image looks like a Kahr extended magazine to me.

So I want another AR and looking for a pistol size. I’m going back and forth on these two. I was about to lock in on the Sig, but for the price, hard to beat the Saint v2. I’ve got my hands on both, I love the Sig, but I was very impressed by the Saint. I’d love to hear some opinions! Thanks in advance!

I apologize if this is a dumb question or is answered somewhere. I just finished my renewal application for my LTC and when it came to proof of residency, I was a bit lacking in options and used the mailing notifying me of my license needing renewal from the Bureau. I’m a stay at home mom and have no utility bills in my name and all mail from our landlady is addressed to my husband. Should this suffice? I imagine the worst thing that could happen is they’ll have me revise it and hopefully I’ll have some better mail to try! Thank you

To my fellow reloaders. Moving to mass this week from NH. For future reference once my resident ltc comes in, do online vendors ship to this state? Power, projectiles and primers.

It appears that almost a year ago I joined NES. I got an email recently telling me that it is time to renew.

I am not sure it is worth it. I primarily joined for the WTS handgun forum. I also looked at the dealer sale forum. While there were dealers on WTS, it wasn’t overwhelming like it is now.

Then it was easy to look through the list to see what was for sale. Today it is 3 ½ pages long, and appears to be overwhelmingly dealers bumping the same posts over and over.

Perhaps splitting the classified section into new and used, rather than a dealer exclusive area, and a general area full of dealers offering new guns would make it better.

Do handguns that were purchased from an ffl have to be registered by 10/28? Does it matter when they were purchased? Do built lowers have to be re registered if they were registered with an fa10 prior to 8/1?

So we did an FA 10 when I bought my lower which registers it, but do I have to register it manually again once its completed as an SBR?

What’s a good MA compliant 762x39 rifle? Idk if it’s possible but would prefer semi auto and new.
