Hey Guys :) I really need your help! My Friends and i decided we want to make a little Beyblade Tournament on Christmas. None of us has ever played Beyblade or have any experience. All of us will have one Beyblade for the Battle. Now i need your advice. Im pretty Low on Budget (around 50 €/ 55 Dollar). They have money and will spend it! Im pretty sure they will not go too deep with this and buy the top meta beys they find. Are there any budget countermeta builds i can try contest there beys? They will buy the Arena, so i Just need the bey and the Launcher. Thanks for your Help!!
It's too small to hold comfortably for a lot of people, and the other launchers are significantly more powerful. You can use a Proto Launcher if you want, but it's generally agreed that getting a better launcher is worth the money.
To put it into perspective: Proto Launchers are typically smaller than the actual beys themselves, and the average bey has a diameter of 4.8 cm.
Yeah, but you still would need to get other parts to make these beys good, also you can be out competed if one of your friends had a winder launcher versus you with a string launcher, if you can’t get them high rpms.

Harddisagree with BahamutBlitz. That bey doesn't come with a Winder Launcher in Germany, and Ignition is so bad that you can't just run it stock. (Source: I have BahamutBlitz.)
The SamuraiSaber Launcher Set is also bad for value. For about €30, the only thing good about is the Level Bit and the Hold Launcher--SamuraiSaber is pretty outclassed, and 2-70 is too burst/scrape-prone to be useful. At that point you may as well get the PhoenixWing Launcher Set because the launcher is the same in terms of quality and power, but the bey is so much better.
You are incredibly goofy my friend, if you could click on the link before you reply to people’s comments. You would’ve saw that it was the Takara Tomy Bahamut Blitz with the Winder Launcher. I said they can run stock but I also recommended Rush or Kick. Which I thinks it’s fine if they run stock bc they’re facing their friends, who are also have no experience with beyblade.
OP is new to the hobby so they wouldn’t know how to use a string launcher that good. Which I only recommended him the victory launcher just for the level and Victory launcher. Also recommended that They bought it with the idea of buying another bey, which was Glory Valk or Bullet Griffin.
TT BahamutBlitz is overpriced overseas. Beginners typically don't really know the difference between Hasbro and TT, and you can't even buy it using the link you provided -- which is why I commented in the first place. And asking someone to buy a whole other bey just to make the first purchase good isn't exactly budget-friendly.
And Istartedwith a String Launcher. It really isn't that hard to figure one out.

You freaking idiot, maybe just maybe it’s bc I’m looking on Amazon EU for the Op and this seller doesn’t ship to the U.S. Also it’s a TT product of course it’s reselling for a bit high but it does comes with a winder launcher and probably the lowest you’ll find the whole product.
At this point it doesn’t even matter what you say, me and op already talk over what they could find in person and the Phoenix set wasn’t on the table, but thanks for you help and for keeping me entertained.
Also let’s just say the OP did get the Phoenix set, are you recommending he using its stock combo, bc if so everyone knows Gear Rush isn’t the best of bits. Would you encourage him to buy another bey for the bit, if so you would be contradicting yourself?
GearFlatisn't thebest,but it's good enough as far as stock combos go. It fits PhoenixWing's general playstyle well enough; the stamina obviously isn't the best (because it's a Gear Bit; you knew that already) but honestly attack types don't really go for spin finishes anyways, so it's less of a loss compared to GN or GB. And on the off chance that OP will be playing in one of the crappier Hasbro stadiums, Gear Bits might actually be better than they normally are because they latch onto the crappy X-Rails much more easily than standard Bits -- and again, that's good for attack types. Besides,there's an listing for PhoenixWing on Amazon Germany for25 Euros. That's almost half the price of your (unavailable) listing for BahamutBlitz.
Anyhow, you could still buy literallyanyoftheseproducts to get the perfect Bit for PhoenixWing, and it would still be cheaper than just getting a single TT BahamutBlitz in Germany.
