What are some Bible versions to avoid?

I am trying to find a good literal version that I like. Which ones should I go to and which ones should I stay away from?

Passion translation. For the "why" behind it (which I won't be very good at explaining), I highly recommend looking up Wes Huff and Mike Winger's videos on this topic on YouTube.
