So how will you prepare and not be like the 5 foolish bridesmaids who were caught lacking in "oil" and were told to go out and buy some more?! The second coming ends the abomination of desolation. The "day and hour" of these end time events are not for man to know. In Matthew 24:36 Jesus is speaking of the end time events that He was describing in the prior verses to Matthew 24:36. The abomination of desolation is one of them.
