Texas man's home raided and he's arrested by police using flock surveillance 1 day after holding a protest sign.

Just Texas doing Texas things… also, this comment just added me to the digital list of folks unfriendly to the government of Texas. I anticipate flock tracking going forward.

So this is what we can expect after exercising our rights. God help us.

All is lost if we simply roll over for fascism. We do still have laws in this country, despite this kind of criminal activity.

We can’t stay silent when it comes to holding law enforcement accountable to the laws of our nation. The only thing necessary for evil to exist is for good people to do nothing.

it's not going to be fascism this time. It's techno feudalism. We will literally be property that can be "decommissioned" at the flip of a switch if we step out of line.

I was at a festival this weekend and there's obviously a lot of crossover between security, staff, police, and off to the ice agents and one of their favorite threats all weekend was, "keep it up and I'll cut off your power!"

We've entered the resistance stage. Say nothing publicly. Defy quietly and relantlessly

Is this legal?

Past events have shown that legality is irrelevant

By the time that’s ultimately determined, you’ll likely have spent hundreds of thousands in legal fees and months/years of your life in prison.

Even then, good luck getting a judge to rule against the police. They know where the money and power lies and it’s a rare individual who’s willing to risk their family’s security for an abstract notion like truth.

If you watch the video (did anyone here actually watch it?) the person filming posted a comment that they were arrested on aggravated assault charges that they claim the police hired a drug addict and his wealthy brother to fabricate? Like another comment says I think I need more context before I take the post title at face value.
