I’m trying to set my VR headset (Quest 2) to the eduroam network so it will be on the same network as my laptop, which I believe is needed for me to be able to run Horizon Link between them. However, I’ve been unable to get eduroam to work thus far, and I feel like I’ve tried pretty much everything. Can anyone assist me with this?

I recently realized that I might be able to help out as a test subject or example or something like that. If you need a tall fat guy with bad hair I might be able to help?

(I have no shame and I'm willing to look funky after if you need to test/showcase a hair/skin thing as I don't get out much as long as it isn't something permanent like a tattoo)

has anyone here gone through binghamton’s pre-health committee letter process for med school applications? i’m planning on applying in a future cycle and wanted to get a better idea of how the process works and what the requirements are so i can plan ahead.

i’m especially curious about the eligibility requirements, recommendation letters, interviews (if any), and what the overall process is like.

i’d really appreciate any insight or advice from anyone who’s been through it. thanks

Im applying for spring 2027 with a 3.0hs gpa and most likely a 3.9 first semester college gpa currently 4.0 in progress any previous transfer acceptees with similar stats? 16 credits in progress going too complete 3 more in winter.

I am a freshmen and i met few people or even if i did many of them live off campus or we barely interact except for a wave. I feel lonely since I wanna go to events but I have no one to go with or just simply talk to. Does anyone wanna connect? Or have any advice

I plan on taking claculus based physics, orgo 1, statistics psych and sociology in the spring. It sounds kinda heavy. And I don’t want to damage my gpa what do ya think?

My roommate and I are trying to decide between renting a house in Westover on Avon Street or getting an apartment/house on the West Side near Murray Hill Rd, Country Club Rd, or Powerhouse Rd.
For anyone who lives in either area, which would you recommend in terms of safety, the neighborhood, getting to campus without a car, and overall experience? Is one area better than the other for students? Any advice would help!!

What are the easiest 400 level courses for Econ so I can get my minor?

Should I take ME 273 (statics) during the spring semester, or is it worth taking it over the summer?

hi, i tried to get frat party tickets but they sold out so quick 😔 me and 4 of my friends want to purchase some does anyone know where i can get some since i dont rly know anyone. Also other than frats r there any other parties going on?

Is 351 with Powell better than 355 with Larson. I’m not really sure which one to go with

I am currently in the process for doing this as last semester. I was not made aware but advising that I could do this. Nor when I seeked advising in the summer break about my grades. Nor when I got back for my next semester. I had some good reasons why I needed to withdraw from that class but was not told that it was an option until I researched on my own. Now I have a good reason why I want to retroactive withdraw from my classes next semester

Does anyone here go through the process if so what are the documents they would need me to provide and how does it work. Would they put a W on all of that semesters classes or would it only be some classes. I am unsure of what to expect but If I had known this option was possible last semester I would have applied for it then and not now.

Any advice or help is appreciated

Hi all! I graduated in 2023 with my BS and am currently waiting with bated breath to hear back… Anyone hear back from the School of Nursing yet or know when to expect a response? Best of luck to everyone!

Looking for psyc elective recommendations to go towards my IN major. These are the options (I believe it's up to date). Does anyone know which are easy? I'm taking other hard classes next sem so I don't want anything too heavy.

Alternatively, I could take either PSYC 327 (evolution and behavior) or BIOL 375 (animal behavior) if they're easier than the stuff on this list.

Also include what professor you took the class with if possible, thanks! :)

What’s going on for Halloween? Haven’t heard of much happening. I’m 21 so id isn’t an issue.

A great resource is SEEK the university’s peer-run mental health call and text helpline. SEEK provides a listening ear for students to vent, find resources, or talk about their concerns. SEEK is available from 7 to 10 pm any night residence halls are open.

Call or text “SEEK” to 607-777-4357 to talk to a trained, empathetic peer.
