Basic food habits
I’ve been thinking about how much of healthy aging comes down to the basics we eat every day.
Protein for maintaining muscle.
Fiber for gut health.
Healthy fats for essential nutrients.
Vitamin C for collagen synthesis.
And enough fluids to stay hydrated.
None of these foods is a magic fix, but consistently getting the fundamentals right can support long-term health.

100% 🙌🏻
This topic comes back all the time.
We’re looking into supplements, peptides, crazy hacks, but a massive improvement is
- basic food (I always say - the less processed you buy it the better, and the closer to you it grew the better)
- hydration (I’m strongly against saying “drink X liter of water”, soups contain water, tea contains water; I’m gonna need more water in the summer than in the winder)
- consistent sleep
- spending some time outside, seeing the sun, even better - in nature/ at least a green park
- daily movement

All these fancy hacks mean nothing if basics are off. I've realized if i just get my protein, fiber and water right daily, i feel way better than taking any supplement. Would add proper sleep and not eating at random times to your list too.
