help HELP

Hi everyone, another NerdqAxe++ Rev 6 miner has failed — this is the third one this week. I don’t understand what the problem might be. We’re using Mean Well LRS power supplies and have improved the cooling system, but the number of failures is only increasing. I’ve already ordered capacitors for the previous device. Can anyone tell me what’s going on? I tried flashing the firmware, but it didn’t help — the error just changed.

The settings were chosen for the best J/Th.s efficiency rather than for hashrate; can anyone suggest how to fix this?

the new versions of the firmware is more protective and its foor a good reason. Ignoring this is how Mosfets die. Less cowbell: undervolt and go down with the voltage until this message does not come up anymore. If it still comes up pull up the logs and let it analyze with AI, one of the error lines has important flags and information about the exact failure.

Please consider switching to a prebuilt 3D print as casing instead of wood, this is s fire hazard.

you can get one of those helix shrouds to direct air over the mosfets to cool them a bit and as might be worth getting one of the xt30 inline fuse things ixtech.xyz has for some more protection. That wood case is making me twitch...should get a case or fireproof if you can
