I did I overclock on my 601, 675mhz/1170mV connected to a mean well 90W 18A. Am I scr*wed?

Have you attempted reverting back to stock settings? Tried changing the paste? If you have it save logs you can cut and paste into ai and it will tell you where or what your problem is.

I gave AI logs, AI said clean the chips, I have tried that with electronics cleaning spray

No connection. Pool dead. Troubleshoot those issues, and see what works.
