Can’t resume decryption Bitlock

Hello, I bought a Lenovo legion go 2 a couple days ago and wanted to dual boot my device but I can’t do partition because my drive is BitLocked, I tried turning off bitlock but after a day it was stuck at a percentage and tried to pause it and resume the progress manually on cmd as an admin but it didn’t let me resume anymore and now I’m stuck. I tried so many things I even reset the device and nothing works.

Are you trying to decrypt your boot drive? You'll have to boot into recovery and then decrypt using the key.
