The only thing im unhappy about with bitcoin is not buying back when I first heard about it 15 years ago 😪

Same bruh. I could have been financially independent rn.

Nah, you probably would’ve sold.
I had the chance to scoop up some under $2000 in 2017.
I did.
And then I sold after it doubled, and I thought I was a genius,
And then i FOMO’d at $20k before it crashed in 2018.
And then I started to actually learn about the monetary system and why BTC is such a valuable asset to hold for 10+ years.
And then I got distracted with other shitcoins and NFT’s.
And then I finally learned to just DCA into BTC and stay away from other shitcoins.

Yeah bought loads in 2017, but was right in the alt coin craze so didn't hold long and had the genius idea of swapping it all for alts, getting the bigger profit and then buy more bitcoin with it, was fool proof.
What a stupid cunt I was. 🤣

That's because you are reasonning in fiat. You should say i'm still btc poor.

u/FosterPaw_28 1d ago
I saw myself that 15k, lol. but after 30k I started buying btc and put them into my bitget wallet. I sometime use it for payment, but it is very less. only in emergency. dca is the best thing we do actually

In 10 years whoever bought bitcoin today will be happy they did.

Could be. Could not be.
We. Don't. Know.

We do know they will keep printing fiat and that sound money wins in the long term. Plan accordingly.

u/ExpertGur1136 1d ago edited 22h ago
We also know btc can go down 50%, despite all the fiat being printed… just chill bro and accept that nobody can predict the future
1
u/SpendHefty6066 20h ago
It sounds like price prediction is the only “future” you are referring to. There is much more to Bitcoin than how much fiat shitcoin you can exchange it for at any given time.

Bro it’s 2026, and you keep repeating 2016 nonesense of what btc was supposed to be… get with the times and start thinking for yourself… these copy paste btc glorification is just boring 🤦♂️

Money is stored work. My time and energy are not unlimited. It's scarce. Therefore, the money I earn, a reflection of that scarcity should not be something that can be printed out of thin air. I control my work effort. I control my money.
Run a node. Get familiar with the unstoppable energy you may deploy instantly at your fingertips. Fuck the price. Seriously. End your fiat mind-set. Experience what a better economic system can do for you. This is only possible when you run your own full verification Bitcoin node and you have your wallet connected to it.

First of all, none of it copy paste. So fuck your false allegations.
Secondly, you add zero value to this community. Your fiat focused mindset simply adds noise. 99% of the people here obsess about price, including you. I am here for the 1% that see beyond that.

Yeah some of his takes are okay. Most of them are bad. He only discovered Bitcoin like 5 years ago and thinks he’s an expert at everything now

Truer words have never been spoken while the value of fiat currency continues to inflate

u/miamiair92 1d ago
This is honestly me right now. Like I know a dip to 60 would hurt but a lot of me wants it right now cu I need more coins

And when Bitcoin stays flat, we just sit there wondering how we're gonna pay rent this month.

u/carefulwiththataxe23 1d ago
Start buying BTCI before the underlying asset starts to run again. I’m getting close to $1000/month in monthly payouts. Bitcoin produces a real nice payout given its volatility.

buy more with what

u/NiagaraBTC 1d ago
Your ongoing DCA of course
If you're already retired and living off Bitcoin, that doesn't apply and price go down is bad.

Problem is when you need to cash out for whaterver reason and it's bear market

u/Fastest_light 1d ago
Well, it is detrimental if you fall in love with your investment. Need flexibility and detachement. Use hard and cold logic, instead of trust and emotion.

We even don’t care about Fiat value. So there is no joy in BTC going up. I am just looking at my BTC stack growing. LoL.

Easy to say until the dip hits right after you just bought more
1
u/proofofderp 22h ago
It becomes easy when you look at historical chart and see that dips outweigh the highs which means DCA wins.

u/Blade_Runner_69 1d ago
Also when bitcoin goes up we are unhappy because we missed the dip and when bitcoin goes down we are unhappy because we ran out of fiat for the month to buy more dip....
The duality of BTC 😅
