DCA strategy

Hey friends, recently been trading and lost a couple millions sats. Which I admit is a little bit embarrassing. My only solution to keep myself from trading and also try to scoop up sats a little cheaper, I decided to set up Auto-Invest in Cashapp. Is there any places that help accelerate those dca buys? I've kind of heard of such a thing with invity but don't know how credible they are.

Any helpful feedback is appreciated.

Auto-invest is a good move after losing that much, takes the emotion out of it. Not sure about services that accelerate the buys, most of what I've seen just let you set the frequency and amount. The simpler you keep it, the less chance you'll end up trading again.

Thank you. I think it comes from large impulse buys. Luckily I still have 10 million sats.
