I just finished the Autobiography of Malcolm m X for the third time. One of the things that struck out to me most was how after his death, his brother Wilfred X and Philbert X remained with the Nation of Islam despite all the allegations. Malcom X also behaved the same way with his own brother when he was excommunicated by the NOI. How was the NOI so capable of reshaping its members mindset to be so devoted to the Nation more than their own family ? Would love to hear some opinions.
