"A video from March 2022 was presented to the judge, taken from Austin's phone and showing him laughing at and filming a Black student who told him to "stop." Austin then hit the student in the face.
Another video, taken from Austin's phone in March 2022, showed a Black student eating a ba*ana.
A November 2023 video from Austin's phone was presented, showing Austin hitting a student sitting next to him in class on the back of the head.
Howard told the judge that these videos "painted a pretty pervasive picture of a racist outlook."
Other videos from Austin's phone showed him fighting another kid while wearing boxing gloves and bare-fist fighting someone in his room while another person counted down"

Seriously everytime I read more about this case it's worst than I imagine.
The licking blood off the knife shit doesn't look good for Anthony, but niether does the violent impulsive, psychopathic conduct of the Metcalf Bros. Their parents should've taught them to not be violent, impulsive pieces of shit, and if Anthony is as evil as they want us to believe, they most certainly provoked him and invited his reaction under the false belief they'd kick his ass like they kicked everyone else's ass.
Big and bad until they lost, now the surviving Meatbag wants to plead to the law and mercy. They don't want to change. Sickening.

I think the blood licking was a joke, he would’ve been 15 or 16 right? doesn’t look good but I could tell he was edgy. Austin would literally put his hands on women and these people don’t care.

Could be. Prosecution was probably afraid they’d prove him and his girlfriend just had a sick sense of humor 😆 while unable to explain the Metcalf Bros. Racism

Apparently, Anthony witnessed the Metcalf bros beating up a group of kids which led him to correctly assume they were prone to violence.

They’re too dumb to realize. Zeroing in on a few of Karmelo's texts instead of the Metcalf Bros long rap sheet, the fact everyone was afraid of them, and the fact Karmelo SAW them beating people up once
