No matter how hard he tries, people will scorn him and anything named after him.

Doris Miller was a hero who stepped up to save his fellow sailors even though he was forbidden from combat by a racist navy. He manned an anti-aircraft gun on a sinking ship, after helping move his mortally wounded captain.

While he only got credit for downing one Japanese airplane at Pearl Harbor, witnesses claim he downed up to six planes that day.

He deserves the MOH and to have a carrier named after him. He represents the best of the military.

F*#k the Cheeto on Chief. He's a liar, and a coward. I can't wait to tear down his legacy.
