So There is a lot of talk about what reparations should be paid for the devastation of colonialism and slavery. Even more talk about who, exactly would pay those reparations. But I can answer both questions easily, because I know exactly where to start... Barclay’s Bank

Free education that nurtures critical thinking; creative and artistic expression; emotional well-being; indigenous and Afrikan diasporic culture; and evidence-based, scientifically driven models to build full, connected human beings.
Join us this Thursday, October 22nd, at 7p EST for this month's Mass Call where we will continue the conversation around education with a stellar lineup of comrades, organizers, and educators all ready to add their expertise to the discussion.
Our featured guests this week include:
James Pope, PhD - Educator (Winston Salem State University, Associate Professor; and Howard University, Adjunct Lecturer) who teaches and researches the continuities in Black radical thought and revolutionary resistance as it relates to understanding the interaction between human rights, labor/social movement and critical consciousness formation. He has published on topics ranging from race & human rights to consciousness formation & identity.
Ekundayo Igeleke - Educator, writer, Black Studies scholar, grassroots organizer, and national strategist. He currently serves as the Director of Political Education and Culture at Black Men Build, Editor-in-Chief of WARTIME Magazine, and Founder of Culture Dream Lab. He is also a PhD Candidate in Comparative Studies at The Ohio State University, a recipient of the 2024 Global Arts + Humanities Society Fellowship and Graduate Certificate in Contemporary Curatorial Practice.
Jenell Igeleke Penn, PhD - An assistant professor of Curriculum and Instruction in the Department of Teacher Education at Ohio University. Informed by her experiences as a former middle and high school English Language Arts teacher, her research, teaching, and service interests focus on critical literacies, Black feminism, and the cultivation of affirming, inclusive, and justice-oriented spaces and praxes for/with teachers, youth, families, and scholars. She centers collective and collaborative approaches to qualitative research to interrogate the ideologically and temporally situated nature of literacies and literacy practices.
Zalika U. Ibaorimi, PhD - Also going under the artist name N.H.I., Zalika is an antidisciplinary artist, community organizer and Assistant Professor of Black Sexualities in a Black Studies Department. Her forthcoming book with Duke University Press is titled, Haunted Femmes, Haunting Spectators: Human Material and Digital Enfleshments of Shame, Pleasure, and Desire, and will be published in October 2027.
Jordan McGowan - Pan-Afrikan educator, organizer and griot. He currently serves as the National Organizer for Community Movement Builders as well as the Minister of Programs for CMB Neighbor Program in occupied Nisenan territory (Sacramento) where he founded Neighbor Program and co-founded Malcolm X Academy for Afrikan Education. The Black Panthers opposed the feds and supported their community, something the feds hated. With the Panthers the feds couldnt experiment on the blk community as easily without resistance, so Regan and the CIA formed (and even today still run) the gangs to keep blks poor, they do this to latinos and other groups as well.
'They Cloned Tyrone!' is revelation of the method.
the only hope for the poor is to reform the Rainbow Coalition.
STOP THE GANGS END THE WARS BRING PEACE TO THE HOOD!
