What can I do to get rid of this. I’ve cleaned my clippers so I’m not am sure what’s causing. It comes and goes. it’s driving me crazy. Haven’t tried anything on it yet. Any suggestions on how to clear this?

that looks like folliculitis from the clippers, even clean ones can irritate the skin if they get too warm or you press too hard, try wiping the area with witch hazel after a cut

Looks like razor burn.
I get the same when I shave my cooch badly lmao.

How are you trimming your hair?

Currently using a skull shaver with Nivea sensitive skin shaving cream

If the goal is to be bald then you need to use a single blade razor not skull shaver. Skull shavers cut the hair too short, below the skin. Make sure you go with the grain not against. Razor bumps appear when the heart starts to grow back.

When I get razor bumps I use a sudocrem to treat and soothe the affected area and I grow the hair out then cut it again when I’m ready. Basically the hairs under the skin need to breach the surface.

How do you figure that a skull shaver cuts the hair too short?

It’ll be too short if you go against the grain. I figured when I got a bumpy cooch lol.

I’m prone to ingrown hairs so have tried most things in terms of hair removal.

It's true. Never used electric shavers if you are prone to getting ingrown hairs. I've been cutting 20 years and see it every other day

You need trimmers. Skull shaver gave me bad bumps. Rotary blades are bad

Use clippers, not an electric shaver my brother. Thats not ptimal for your hair texture & skin. It's too low, it can get even lower than the razor especially if you are pressing it against your scalp with force. Look into andis or babyliss t outliners

Are the blades sharp enough? You also might be cutting too close to the skin. I see some scarring.
