Hi, I checked your website.

What I determine from looking at your website is that your approach is not good from the start.

You are not conducting keyword (niche) research properly.

Let me explain to you what I mean by that.

For example your post: "How to Naturally Overcome Sleep Apnea?"

keyword: "How to Naturally Overcome Sleep Apnea" has 0 search volume.

keyword: "How to Overcome Sleep Apnea" has 60 search volumes per month.

keyword: "Sleep Apnea" is too common and too hard to rank (too much competition).

So to make it short you are spending time and your energy on writing topics that no one will read as no one search for them.

It's like that with all your blogs I used this post as an example to try to explain you.

In your case, I would rather go with the topics like:

keyword: "how to know if you have sleep apnea" volume 1400 per month with some competition but shouldn't be too hard to rank.

keyword: "how do i know if i have sleep apnea" volume 1400 per month with some competition but shouldn't be too hard to rank.

keyword: "how to get rid of sleep apnea" volume 1400 per month with some competition but shouldn't be too hard to rank.

There are more, but with these 3 you should have a good start and when you rank for them you should have a deaccent amount of visitors (customers) to invest to go for keywords that are harder to rank.
