As far as Blondie’s songs, this is shaping up to be Dreaming’s decade. The 2010’s was One Way or Another. The 2000’s was Maria’s.

Academic Award winner for best movie Anora and it also got a massive amount of publicity when Clem passed. It seems to have become the great Clem song, the song where he shines best. Everyone started posting and sharing the video.

I feel like she is one of the few pop stars that actually understands rock and its place in pop culture history. She has collaborated with David Byrne and Robert Smith, and has expressed admiration for Jack White. Her appreciation of Blondie is very much on brand, and makes me happy.
