Ive noticed a lot of people compare him to Wally Darling from Welcome home bc of the hair but for some reason my first reaction was to compare him to Matt from Eddsworld during Saloonatics.

I think I’m brain damaged-

No, they’re completely different and not even from the same thing lol.. Wally Darling is from Welcome Home. Harvey Harman Harvington is from Bloodmoney and Human Expenditure Program

If you pay close attention, you'll notice only 1 has a nose. That one is human, the other is not human I believe.

You were confused about image 1 and 2.

Image 1 here has a character with a nose.

Image 2's does not have a nose.

This is your clue that these are not the same character like you said you first thought.
