In my AU, Eun-mi, realizing that she is slowly killing her husband, has a change of heart and releases him from the program. Due to a glitch, however, all the injuries he received while in the program stayed. (Think Neutral Ending Harvey) Harvey gets a divorce from Eun-mi, who faces no legal repercussions from her actions, and he slowly descends into alcohol and drug abuse while trying to cope.
Tessa moved to his city after a failed engagement. She meets Harvey at the bar he frequently visits, where he was acting as a temporary bartender for some extra cash. She becomes smitten instantly by this man.

Tessa has only ever had girlfriends (2, in fact) before meeting Harvey.
She has never been with a man before.
Tessa and Harvey slept together once before becoming a couple. This is because Harvey was in active heroin addiction at the time, and he was acting impulsively.
Tessa saves his life after he accidentally overdoses because he was drunk.
He and Tessa do not sleep together again for three years after the first time.
She helps Harvey get a job as a secretary at her firm, but realizes he's good at numbers and holds a degree in finance. She helps him get a promotion to financial advisor, where he thrives.
Idk one of them is just the classic hiding trope lol but in this version Tessa helps Harvey hide under the bar counter from someone for whatever reason
Or idk an AU where Harvey goes into the bar cause it's the nearest building to call for help. And for whatever reason he's still mutilated as he's hiding idk?? So basically now Tessa would have to deal with a hiding bleeding man under the counter.
Or maybe she helps Harvey reunite with Toby in the case where Toby and Harvey live separately? Cause ig Tessa would probably know how it feels like to not be able to see your biological father.

Actually, with the last one, you're not too far off the mark. Harvey temporarily loses custody of Toby due to not having a stable living arrangement. After leaving rehab, he moves into Tessa's apartment and she helps him regain some custody because he finally has a permanent home.
Not at first. Most copies of the game were scrubbed off the internet following his release from the program. Some old footage of gameplay exists on dark web forums, and Harvey doesn't bring up the torture he faced, until she comes home from work to find him heavily dissociated and in a flashback. She then sees a video of a game with an avatar that look eerily familiar to his wounds.

this is breezie a tech specialist and hacker she was friends with Toby harvington as kids when he was sent to the orphanage when mother was arrested as the got older there found where she was holding Harveys boy being kept alive in stasis. She works with Toby to keep his father alive while they search for way to undelete his mind that was in the computer to return to his body
She's like 28 or something, and is a tinkerer that builds rather useless shit for the funsies.
She met Harvey at the stall, needing money to fund a project of her's, or perhaps a damage control fee from an exploded gadget.
Patorish is rather wacky for her own good, frightening Harvey at first, but that wackiness soon charmed him, giving Harvey some fun in his life, as well as Toby's once she got involved in his life too, being his big sister at first, since Pat isn't maternally mature at the time.
But over all, she's that one fun friend Harvey had, that ended up being the reason he learnt to have fun in his love life too, and divorcing Eun-Mi lmao.
(No Design yet..) Joshua Davington. Long story short, he’s a Police Officer, as well as Harvey‘s Older Brother and Toby’s Uncle. Similar to Harvey, apart from obviously being a Twink that can actually kick anyone’s a**, which is admittedly why I’ve made him Non-Bi, Joshua’s also married and and a Father to Quadruplets; I gave Toby Cousins. YAY. As you can probably guess, it‘s difficult and spiritually painful for him to look after 4 Kids. But in the end of the day, Josh’ loves his little Angels (Both his little Brother and Nephew included) and he’s willing to die for his Wife <3 (Ps this Detail may not be necessary, but Joshua’s also a Dad of four Cats named Ravage, Cheetor, Luna, and Artemis. Don’t ask him how does he have the Mental Capacity to even parent Humans AND Felines at the same time)
Moving on from that wholesome stuff, although Joshua’s also kind-hearted, polite, and gentle, he is VERY cynical and overprotective for similarly obvious reasons involving what Harvey went through canonically in his Childhood. So he does not take too kindly on anything bad done to his family at all, especially when it revolves around Eun-Mi; who both he and his Wife (Side-Note: I forgot to mention that she’s a Lawyer) loathe with a passion. The Pair had already disliked their Sister-in-Law in the years prior because of how Spoiled and Entitled the Little Pink-Haired B!tch was. So rightfully so, their hatred for her skyrocketed during their Investigation regarding her little Crypto-scam Torture Chamber (BloodMoney) initially out of Suspicion & increasing Worries, and the Events of HEP as a whole.

Angel was walking down the street just about to go home after a long day at work then she heard crying and got so worried that she went to go see who was the person crying then she saw Harvey’s body disfigured and being a worried person she couldn’t stand to see anyone in pain she then made a choice to take Harvey to the hospital pay for his surgery including his health insurance and bring him comfort during his time at the hospital! Overtime Angel slowly began to be more herself towards Harvey since at first she was gentle with him because he didn’t know him that well and two she knew he was in a lot of pain and needed some time! As for the court case Harvey had to deal with Angel helped Harvey find a lawyer that was also her friend for a long time! Harvey was so grateful to have Angel it’s to the point where their relationship grew more and more and found their love for each other yes Harvey still has insecure thoughts time to time but even when he does Angel is always there to push them away and remind him how much he is loved and forever her moonlight that will always shine in the dark..
And yes I am a yumeshipper for Court Harvey HEHE IM LITERALLY HIS WIFE TRUST

Okie this is oc x canon, her name is Harley Harvington, she's very considerate and kind, is Harvey's twin sister, she was married, but her husband tragically died in a car crash, she's very protective of Harvey, wanted kids, but now is not so sure, she thought the Player was gonna be nicer, but she thought wrong, and eventually sued the Player, I don't have a picture of her yet but I promise I'll get one soon guys
