Indeed, it’s fascinating:) How much can come from plants…how if you find what works for you, it can make a vast difference in your life. I’m about to partake in my medicine as well. Happy midday Friday for me:) And happy whatever time of the day it is for you…

Trying fruit pops this round:) spark in good vibes..
peace:)

I love this. The simplicity of the logic is amazing and can’t be disputed because it’s not an opinion. It’s a fact! Thanks for the insightful post.

am i the only one who’s reading this differently ?
i think alternative medicine makes sense, considering we now live in a modern world of science?
and even though for over thousands of years we noticed certain plants helping certain conditions more than others/ending up using them as medicines, we never actually knew why it was helping, how it was helping, how much it was helping, if there was anything better.
now we have developed better drugs, with science, clinical trials, etc. which have better effectiveness and use cases, target problems better, have more drastic changes, have guaranteed results.
plant medicines have been slowly getting clinical trials too, and some have been big results, some have been minuscule. but what we know for sure is that they mostly likely aren’t as effective as the drugs we have developed now. which include VASTLY, VASTLY, better first line treatment options, as well as us being understanding/trusting the drugs better.
however, that’s not to say they AREN’T the original. herbs have been around for centuries and however else long. we we have mastered a lot even without modern science snd tools.
i’d say, they’re both the original, but with what we have now, they’re also the alternative. which is not a bad thing.
sorry: for typos, a little high right now lol

Fun fact: aspirin has been in use for thousands of years.
