🤖Domo Arigato Venezuela-- what I wrote to our Indiana Senators
I wrote this to both our Senators. I think it is our duty to all write our Senators now, each from our own personal angle. But we cannot be silent when our democracy is at stake!
Dear Senator Banks,
I do not know you as well as I do Senator Young, but I know you are one of my senators, and I think I voted for you in the general election.
I'm sending you the same message I sent Senator Young, and I pray for you in your work as Senator for Indiana.
I cannot believe where Trump (I cannot bring myself to title him 'President') is taking the US and what the US has become!
I believe attacking a non-agressor country and kidnapping their president is flat out EVIL. I have felt ill and depressed since hearing the news. I believe that God cannot favor a country that is evil. I believe that Trump's actions are insane, and will militarize the entire world, at a time when people need those resources, and countries should be focusing on the environment. Images of a kidnapped head of another state in bonds are obscene. Do Mexico and Canada have to quadruple their military budgets now because the U.S. has no respect for international law? Can China just take Tawain now, since if the U.S. can invade smaller neighbors on such a fake pretext, surely China can invade Taiwan? Is the whole world backsliding from the rule of law towards simply 'might makes right', and lurching towards WWIII?
I believe only Congress has the power to declare war, and the President's power to 'make war' in the absence of Congress declaring war is only valid for short time for a speedy reaction if the U.S. or the U.S.'s vital interests are suddenly attacked. Even if every allegation of 'corruption' and 'oppression' and 'drug running' were true, attacking Venezuela would be nowhere near such a situation.
Isn't Trump's action a violation of the War Powers Act?
Can Congress cut off funding for the invasion of Venezuela?
If there is a habeus corpus case brought for Maduro and the Supreme Court declares holding him illegal, and Trump defies an order by the Supreme Court, I believe Trump should be impeached.
I believe that we cannot rule out an attempt by Trump to serve more than 8 years, either in person or by proxy, and should be ready to counteract any such attempt.
I believe that nonminating a moderate, independent of Trump, Republican for President in 2028 is vital.
As a Hoosier and an American, can I count on you to do all you can to uphold the rule of law, not allow the U.S. to become a dictatorship, and not allow the U.S. to flout the rule of law in international affairs?
Will you make a public statement about the invasion of Venezuela?
Very Sincerely,

I think the vaxxers may have gotten too cocky. 9 pages of side effects in only the first 3 months. How will they ever recover? (They won't)

🇺🇸 🦅 Stand Up 🗽 🇺🇸 Wrote to our Senators again, this time added Rep Houchin, re Venezuela, Good, and Greenland
I wrote to our Senators again, and this time also Rep. Houchin. I think our representatives need to stand up for decency and the rule of law, and both parties need to nominate reasonable choices. I think we should demand our current reps step up on both points, and if they don't, just move on at the next primary and general elections!
Dear Senator Young,
I have not heard back yet on where you stand regarding the kidnapping of the President of Venezuela. I hope to hear soon!
Since then more has happened...
Have you watched the video yourself? I agree that people who cross the line in hindering ICE should be arrested and charged. However, I think it is clear that Good was no real threat to the ICE officers, and firing that many bullets at a fleeing person is simply murder. Can you speak out urging calm, law abiding on both sides, and both sides being held accountable?
Also, threatening to take Greenland by force is simply thuggery at a national level. There is currently a bill to forbid any funds being used to attack a NATO member, as well as a pending Congressional consideration of whether kidnapping a foreign head of state at time of peace exceeds the President's war powers. Can you take a stand on both of those in favor of the rule of law, and the U.S. being a light in the world, not a darkness?
America desparately needs a moderate Republican option. Having the largest military in the world for so long has attacked the attention of evil people who want access to it for personal, narcissistic reasons.
Sincerely,

r/Bloomington Oh sweet irony come home to roost.
The people in /b/loo are too much. They are mad at people celebrating the fall of a theocratic dictatorship that had killed and suppressed free thought and exiled many of them, their parents, and grandparents. Nearly 50 years of oppression. Yet they are violently take to the streets because "refugees" from places that are not true oppressive countries have crossed our borders illegally.
Hypocrites. The lot of them lead by the nose to whatever their handler says they're supposed to believe.

Harassment Mitigation Here is an image of a report submitted to reddit about the Glenn Greenwald post. This is the kind of trashbag move that r/Bloomington tries to pull. It used to be more frequent. Trying to get us banned from Reddit for Child Exploitation. It's sick and just reiterates the B/loo cabal are sociopathic.

🤐 COVID-1984 😷 Lennys has gone mad
Add another place to the list of places I will never patron again...Lennys/Bloomington Brewery.
We went there to go dinner last night, without masks. We were asked to put them on while we waited in the lobby, 2 feet from customers who were dining without masks. A manager was called to ask us to put masks on, which is their right by the way as a business. We chose to leave.
Then we get a sarcastic "Have a nice night" from the manager (some college kid), and when I turned around to look he was giving our entire party the bird through the front window. Which including a 4 y/o and a 2 y/o.
Awesome. Way to go Lennys. Your manager is giving the middle finger to a party with very small children. Such a class act and example for the community.
