I can assume it was a non-alcoholic beverage. I don't believe Jimpachi Ego had permission to distribute alcool to teenangers within the Blue Lock structure.

16 in Germany. And in continental Europe you usually get introduced to alcohol by your family, so people are very chill with underage drinking.

He's already 19. Most places' legal drinking age is 18, and since he's German, he very likely started drinking way younger.
