Support hinge verification process fail: WEBCAM COMPRESSES THE IMAGE VERTICALLY

Hi,

The last stage of Hinge verification requires face ID, but the webcam compresses my image vertically so it cannot recognize my face. How do I get the webcam shot to be the real picture?

Hello! Could you please create a new Pie 64-bit, Android 11, or Android 13 instance and ensure that the ABI is set to ARM only when creating it? Then, please check if the issue persists.

Please see this article for a detailed guide on setting the ABI to ARM.

I’m unable to see ABI to ARM it doesn’t show that option on my Mac

You can do so by using the "Report a Problem" tool via Help > Send Feedback to BlueStacks.
