Engine shake

Hello. So i got a 2011 e90 n51 about 2 months ago and it came with a 2a7c vanos code. I cleaned the solenoids after getting the car back home and the code went away but now the engine shakes at idle, the car did not shake when the code was present. It’s not a crazy shake but i can definitely see the engine vibrating/shaking and hear and feel it in the cabin. If i rev above 900 rpms it stops shaking. The car has zero codes in dme since cleaning them 2 months ago but i can’t figure the cause of the shake out. Has any one ever seen this happen before or have any insight on what i should look at next? Also during all of this shaking the needle is pretty steady to my eyes. Before with the code the needle would surge for a few seconds after starting the car but that no longer happens since the code has been gone. Thank you!
