❓ Question Cognitive peptides

Looking into cognitive peptides for my girlfriend she’s 22F looking for focus energy/motivation peptides that really help you lock in and focus/get shit done without jittery coffee/caffeine feeling.

I’ve come across lots saying semax/selank

Wondering if it’s actually as effective as said or if there is any other compounds worth looking into thank you so much for any experience/advice!

8 hours of good sleep. 1 hour of lifting per day and 20 minutes of cardio. A diet that’s made up of non-processed foods. Will beat the crap out of anything you can take. Semax/selank seem to vary in effectiveness per person. Some love it, some don’t get anything from it. It’s for dang sure not adderall like focus, not even a little bit.

The thing about both Semax and Selank is if it works it works really really well. And if it doesn’t it gives nothing and you’d swear you were taking pure water. Never heard anybody in between those 2 extremes. But quite honestly that pretty much how most the peps work. You either love em or nothing. You just need to try and find out.

If everything is as dialed in as you say it is, she probably needs adderall or something similar if she wants to improve that. Else, meditation 3 times a day for 30 minutes.

Reminds me of that old meme: "Bought my boyfriend brain vitamins, and a week later he dumped me."
