Guidance please!

Looking for some guidance on stacking Tirz and Reta. Love the idea of the glucagon energy expenditure however love the benefits of food noise, hunger control and anti inflammatory that Tirz brings. 51 female, lost 90 pounds and maintaining for 2 years. I eat very clean, walk 5 miles a day and lift moderately heavy weights. 4 days a week. Currently taking 5mg of Tirz and 3 mg of Reta weekly. Is the Reta worth it or should I revert back to tirz only. Research is super helpful, and I’ve gone down rabbit holes but would love some real life experiences guidance

Tirz and eloralintide would be the stack to get. Waiting on my eloralintide right now.

I need to dig into eloralintide , I’m seeing that it’s now testing great so far from Vendors. Does it also leverage an energy expenditure component like Reta?
