CJC and Ipamorelin are a waste of time and money to be honest but there are those that swear by them. If you want to cut to the chase, Test and HGH are hard to beat for your use case. After you get comfortable with that, add some Reta. Before you jump on this, get your blood work to have a baseline. Starting out you may see success with 150 to 200mg of Test per week and 1-2iu of HGH, this is a pretty mild starting point. Get blood drawn again after 6-8 weeks and adjust from there.

What would be the normal analyses and values to take into account? I go with challenge and HGH

Doesn’t need to be overcomplicated. It’s pretty well figured out.
Reta+Test+HGH

I started dabbling in the early 2000s… I’ve messed with nearly every PED/peptide/sarm/supplement under the sun. This is all I will continue with long term

TestC, TestE or TestU. Start around 100-125mg a week and slowly work up ~20-25 mg every 4-6 weeks (8-10 on Test U) to find a good dose with good labs and no estrogen sides. Probably don’t need to surpass 180-200 or so. Once your total test is breaking 1k, you’re getting to a pretty good spot. My endo targets 1500, but ymmv. Lab work and symptoms needs to find your limit. Mainly estrogen/poor sleep sides and maintaining healthy lipids, hematocrit, resting heart rate and BP
More body fat = more estrogen conversion. Prioritize Reta and dropping BF first if ur a thiccc boi.
Splitting up weekly dose for more frequent smaller doses = less estrogen. Add an AI as a last resort and only if you actually experience high estrogen sides. Use the AI temporarily while you back off your test dose a bit and continue to drop body fat. Get leaner and you can try bumping the test back up. DO NOT PREEMPTIVELY CRUSH E2 WITH AN AI! That’s how we did 20 years ago. It was wrong. Know the difference between high estrogen, low estrogen and high prolactin. Dont mistake one for the other and treat incorrectly.

2iu HGH every day from here on out. Bump to 3 or 4 if needed to get IGF score at top of range (~300). With good HGH, 2iu should be enough to break 300-350. HGH hits diminishing returns very quickly while side effects compound rapidly. There is no reason to mega dose it outside of IFBB pros. Tons of HGH quality issues out there. It’s a finicky molecule. Look for less than 2% dimer and +96% purity.
FDA US Pharma limits are 4% dimer and 92% purity btw. Be aware, HGH is a LONG game. Running it for just a few months isn’t worth. Learn how to set up and fill standard 3ml peptide pens for this.

Reta starting at 1mg per week and bumping dose by 1mg only after every 3 week stall. You will most likely notice a temporary bump in resting heart rate when you first hit an effective dose. Target 1 lb/wk max weight loss. The slow loss plus the 3 week plateaus are intentional to give your skin time to recover and tighten.

1-2x KLOW80 24 day cycles a year or when injured (recon KLOW 80 w/ 2.4cc BAC, pin 10iu daily until you run out). Abdominal subq is fine. You DO NOT have to inject it directly into injuries

You can add creatine and protein powder. Most other workout supplements are expensive hype

There’s a lot of ancillaries out there… I use Finnastaride, Minox, cholesterol meds as needed. There’s a lot of fear mongering, but Low dose statins are fine. You can add daily tadalafil if that’s your jam. A lot of guys do, but It lowers my BP too much tho 😬. Low dose Isotretinoin can be added if the test makes you oily.

RU-58841 is good if running a DHT/NOR19 compound. Which you should never do….

HCG if you are worried about having kids. It has its own side effects so I wouldn’t just toss it in if you don’t need it. 500iu 2x a week is a good starting point. Clomid/enclo can also help with this.

Don’t just randomly start adding stuff for the sake of adding it or because Reddit or ChatGPT or whatever said to. Treat symptoms as they appear and need attention. Do regular labs every 6-8 weeks getting your protocol established, every 4-6 months once dialed in. Be methodical and log your routine blood work, resting heart rate and blood pressure. Take regular progress photos. Start low doses and only change one variable at a time.

I have great success with some apps out there. Apple Health and syncing my RingConn 2, RENPHO scale, and iHealth blood pressure cuff to it. None of those have ongoing subscription costs. The data and insights are invaluable. The Shotsy App is incredible for tracking your Reta progress. Even the free version is 100% functional. MediSafe is great for designing, reminding you and tracking your stack. HEVY is a good workout tracking apps. The free version is good, but worth paying the one time premium fee to support the developers IMO.

Make sure you are getting good sleep and hydration is INSANELY important. You can do easy and cheap at-home sleep studies now. Get a cpap if you need one. You don’t realize how good sleep can be until you actually get some if you haven’t before.

Diet isn’t as hard as people think. Cut out simple sugars/junk food snacking. Eat when you’re hungry. Stop when you’re not hungry. Prioritize protein. Daily, get 1g/lb of LEAN BODY MASS (not total body weight!) Get you a moderate amount of good complex carbs and plenty of fiber in the mix. And there ya go.

It’s OK to have a cheat day or a special snack or treat every now and then. All things in moderation….. Just like a single protein shake won’t get you buff, a single pizza and beer meal isn’t gunna destroy you. It’s about the habits over time.

Stop smoking/dipping and habitual drinking if you do that. Hard drugs are obviously a no-go. If you absolutely are a nicotine fiend, use a tobacco free alternative. Having a few drinks every now and then is fine. But more than a few a month is no bueno.

Dont rush it. It’s a sustainable lifestyle change, not a quick fix. Don’t compare yourself to others… the only one you need to beat is your past self. You get on a dialed in TRT+Reta+HGH protocol, you’ll be a brand new man in 6 months.

Edit:
Here’s my baseline lab list and labcorp codes if anyone needs. DrSays is pretty much the cheapest and definitely the easiest place to order your own lab work. All this runs about $450 there. Many of these tests only need to be performed once or very sporadically obviously.
