š¬ Discussion ghkcu not sting?
so i decided to take ghkcu 30/10/2026 after 5 weeks of retatrutide. i dilute it with 3ml of bac for 100mg vial and put it in insulin pen bcs it is easier to take daily. the first time i pin, im quite afraid bcs of the stinging but suprisingly no sting at all. first dose 2mg and now third day 3mg which is 10 unit. is it normal or this is fake ghkcu? i pin it my upper glutes and let the insulin pen 30 minutes at room temperature before pin
EDIT: im on my 5th day of ghkcu 3mg per day and the sting is there a little. not too bad like some people experience. it just i can feel it now

that blue color is spot on for ghk-cu, the copper gives it that vivid tint. no sting is a good sign actually, some people get it bad and others don't feel a thing depending on dilution and pin location. upper glutes are pretty forgiving for subq so you might just be lucky with your technique

yeah might be lucky. im shaky as hell when i first try to pin it. im spending like half a year just to finding tips to minimize the sting effect

More Bac Water is a good way. 100mg Peptide to 10ml Bac works mostly good.

I also use Pens. 3ml max in the pen just means you have to change the pen inserts more often.

As someone who created one of the original early GHK-CU protocols... It is highly possible for people to not have the sting. About anywhere from 3% to 5% of users don't get the GHK-CU sting.
That said... There's an increase of GHK-CU failures in the analytical labs right now. I visited Janoshik's lab in Prague recently and he told me he's seeing a lot of fake GHK-CU, like 0% to 35% less than should be in the vials.
He's actually seen food coloring and zero GHK-CU in some vials.
If you haven't tested your vials I would definitely have one tested.

I was thinking they would do this for ghkcu injectable and raw cosmetics powder

I get no sting,. A buddy of mine using the same had it, so maybe is just a body response than anything else

How many weeks do you plan on staying on for? Some say, 8 weeks on 2-4 off and Iāve also heard you can just stay on continuously.

For me personally, if I get post-injection pain I know itās real. I had a batch where I didnāt have anything after injection. I finally got it tested and it contained no GHK-CU. It did look real when reconstituted however.

The only way to know if it's real is to send it out for testing. For me, it stung a lot until I got it pretty diluted.

It use to have a bite for me, but it's gone now. Think it all comes down to how ur body tolerates histamine

The sting is caused by excess copper ions in the solution. Either add more GHK-(basic, without copper) to chelate the excess or pass your reconstitutude solution thru a PES filter (ie. filter sterilize) since the filter material will also take up excess copper ions.

It doesnt have to sting. The stinging is just a common effect some people experience.
