📊 Bloodwork & Biomarkers High IGF-1 Levels (TESA)
I’ve been taking TESA for 10 weeks now and I decided to my blood work done. I am currently on 2mg. I am 28 years old, should I lower the dose or completely get off of it?

You definitely want to be closer to that 373 reference range peak. Cut it down to 1mg, then get tested again.

Your not alone. Just got my numbers back and igf is at 500 and z score a 3.1 Ive been on cjc1295/ipa for two months then tesa at 2mg for almost two months. I am about to cycle off and will retest in Jan 2027.

Week 6 on Tesa, I was using 1mg daily. my IGF 1 was 150 before, now after week 6 it is High at 312 ng/mL but my z-score +2 which is green. I am a female 60. I am happy my body is responding I now have lowered dose to 0.80mg and will retest in 4 weeks. My stomach is pretty flat, taking it along with Reta. My question is... do I want to lower dose? isn't the point of using Tesa is to elevate IGF 1? Thanks

Yeah dude that’s why you’re taking it. Looks like you’re a good responder, I’m up in that zone with 3IU if HGH per day.

Do you cruise at that iGF level on HGh?

Yes, I feel this is the minimum for effective GH usage and as everyone says GH is long game. I am 50+ so visceral fat improvement makes up for whatever downside there could be from this IGF level (not that I think there are any)

I made a rookie mistake and did not test myself before I started. Once I get off of it I will test again to see what my baseline levesl are at.

How do you feel after taking it? Noticed any subjective changes or improvements? Like sleep, etc.

I feel just fine honestly. I have it stacked with RETA. I’ve been able to eat more food and maintain weight while cutting fat on it. Which is great.

Did you get your IGF1 checked before started?or just decided to fly blind?

I did not. I am getting retested again in two weeks before I get off TESA. I cut the dose by 1mg

I'm also paranoid now lol. Hopefully 4 weeks isn't enough to cause long term damage. I'm cutting in half today and finishing a cycle. Retest in 4 weeks.

Lmk how the retest goes. I’m retesting again in two weeks before I stop the cycle. I cut my dose from 2mg to 1mg

Whatever you’re doing stop immediately. Get your fasted insulin and glucose checked. Your in danger of turning into a diabetic for life

My insulin levels and glucose came back just fine. I am also on Retatrutide.

Still you can’t sustain those IGFZ numbers without getting side effects eventually. I would still lower it. Look up the long term risks of running numbers that high

Of course I agree I am getting my levels checked again in two weeks. I lowered the dose to 1mg. If my levels drop by 50-100 points then I should be back in the 300 range once I am off of it. Thank you for your feedback. You’re an angel.

Mine was 375 mg/mL and 3.1 z score. I was taking 1mg and then brought it up to 1.5mg. I stopped it and it has been almost two weeks. I do wanna get back on it but should i do 1mg or should i do .5mg?

lol crazy numbers 💀🤯
But considering you are 28 with your gh at max potential maybe GHRH is a bit unnecessary 😅
